A classical house with classical details, this elegant residence perched upon the edge of Biscayne Bay call to mind grand Italian Villas in the Palladian style. The one story entry loggia is a welcome gesture to the street and adds to the stately façade of the two story residence beyond. The massings are harmoniously arranged around an enclosed courtyard that begins to reveal the modern adaptation of classical details, like arched windows accented with balustrades, and the seamless integration of Tuscan columns into the structure itself. The covered terrace is open to striking views of Biscayne Bay, framed by a rich tropical garden.
